For orders in the peninsula, you will receive your products within 24/48 h. For orders to the Balearic Islands, you will receive your products in a period of 3 to 5 business days.

To keep your products fresh and potent, store them in a dark, dry place and in an airtight container.

In the event that this is not the case, and you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. You will receive a refund within 14 days after receiving the item at the Kannaia facilities.
