THE PAY
Kannaia accepts and receives payments with all major credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Payment will be charged to your account once the order has been completed on the web.
All amounts shown are in (Euros) and include VAT..
Kannaia uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it cannot read your information.
DELIVERY
Kannaia delivers every day from Monday to Saturday. As a general rule, packages are sent via parcel service with delivery after signature.
Delivery times are as follows:
- For orders within the Iberian Peninsula, orders will be delivered in 24-48 hours. All orders made from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m., will be delivered the next day (Monday to Friday).
- For orders in the Balearic Islands or Canary Islands, orders will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. (Monday to Friday)
- All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
Kannaia will provide you with a link so that you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order.
We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.
We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Your items will be professionally packed and well protected for transportation.
WARRANTY
There is a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Law. Our guarantee applies to errors in materials and / or workmanship.
The complaint does not apply to failures or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.o.
Kannaia will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

REFUND
If a refund has been agreed, please submit your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
RIGHT TO REFUND
There is a full 14 day return policy for products purchased from our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
The cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and, from the cancellation, it must be done within 14 days after the return of the shipment.
Notification must be given by mail to info@kannaia.com. In the advertisement, you must make it clear to us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The status of the merchandise when returning the merchandise.
You will only be responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling that is not necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they operate. In other words, you can test the item in the same way that you did in a physical store.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the merchandise.
To receive the full amount of the purchase, you must do the same as in a physical store. You should test the item, but don't use it in actual use.

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we are not sure of your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
